We now are able to share with you our love of all things BBQ.  Join us on one of our upcoming BBQ days at our dedicated BBQ catering kitchen.  We particularly love cooking with charcoal and demonstrate many of the tips tricks and techniques associated with charcoal grills and smokers.  Some of our favorite BBQs are the ceramic Kamado grills.  We have some gorgeous Grill Domes we use for our classes along with some small and very simple grills and we may even play a little with our big PitMaker grills and smokers on the day too.
