The BBQ Rig’s
Our friends at Pitmaker in Houston Texas completed our custom smokers in June ’11. Construction on the trailers began during the summer ’11. Each element of the trailers design has been carefully thought to ensure a compact yet functional design. Space for storage along with refrigeration and a igloo cooler for beverages has been worked in to the overall layout. We have also incorporated a gas powered hot water system onboard electrics and led lighting complete the trailer making them truly unique catering show pieces.
